Is a Southern Alberta corporation that has developed a unique multi-commodity HACCP based program for producers. The program can provide HACCP plans for any agricultural commodity. HACCP Advantage® is able to assist producers retailers and wholesalers in setting up a HACCP plan for any commodity they wish to sell.

HACCP Advantage® provides:

HACCP consultants for producers and processors Training for producers in basic HACCP programming Training for employees in HACCP principles HACCP based text materials and technical assistance in the development and implementation stage of program development Long term technical support Training of auditors/validators for internal and/or independent HACCP programs Independent HACCP partial and complete audits/validations Environmental microbial Swabbing.

Pricing varies according to the needs of the client(s) based on materials and expenses, training requirements, consulting time and audit requirements. Services can be provided individually or in a group format. We are flexible in coordinating time, location, and services
